Plum Marketing Limited (registered company number 8473910) trading as Really Good Things (“Really Good Things”) is the data controller and is responsible for your personal data.

Most of the personal data that we process will have been provided by you.

We process the following personal data:

  • Your name;

  • Postal address;

  • Email address;

  • Phone number; 

  • Job title; and

  • We may also process additional information about you which we source from public sources such as websites and LinkedIn. 

  • We also receive personal information indirectly, from SquareSpace web analytics.

3. How we use your personal data

Sometimes we may use your information to:

  • To communicate with you in relation to the services you have asked Really Good Things to provide;

  • Send you company updates or notify you of news;

  • Promote our services;

  • Arrange a meeting or contact you about billing, account management, or administration;

  • Contact you if you have responded to an opportunity to work with us as an associate ; and

  • Invite you to participate in research.

4. Lawful bases we rely on

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) the lawful bases we rely on for processing information are:

  2. We have a contractual obligation; or

  3. We have a legal obligation.

5. How long we keep your information for

We retain personal information that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and perform and enforce our agreements). 

If you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us, we keep your information for only as long as we can continue to verify that it is up to date and still relevant for our purposes.
