Challenging behaviours to ensure drivers and pedestrians use level crossings safely.
What we did
This work was commissioned by Eleven Marketing and Communications as part of a wider behaviour change campaign for their client, Network Rail.
The campaign was part of ongoing communications to raise awareness of the dangers of level crossings for pedestrians and drivers, and to challenge behaviours among different audiences – particularly to demonstrate how quickly a train can appear when driving or walking across a level crossing, and the need to abide by the warning signals.
The national campaign became #BossingtheCrossing and we delivered key aspects of the campaign including:
Stakeholder research and core campaign messaging development
Development of stakeholder engagement approach to deliver the campaign to wide reaching audiences
Project management of core campaign films
